“Hard work and determination, breeds opportunity”-Darrin Davis
continued to work hard having a few great games. While playing arena football Darrin continued with his tryouts with other Arena and Canadian football teams. This journey did not last very long as he soon began to succumb to injuries which by this point his body started to break down.
While playing Arena football Darrin became a personal trainer at Bally’s Total Fitness in 2004. As Darrin grew his clientele, he began to fall more increasingly in love with helping people achieve their goals and keeping them motivated. He loved meeting and connecting with a wide range of different individuals which pushed him even further to educate himself in order to become more knowledgeable on the lifestyles of the individuals that he had now become personally responsible for. From there on Darrin began to home his craft and focused on becoming a master trainer. After leaving Bally’s in 2008, Darrin continued to work as a trainer with his longtime friend Reggie Lamptey owner of Body Defining LLC.
After a long journey of 10 years, meeting new people, creating new friendships, and changing the lives of many, Darrin decided to create Darrin Davis MINDbodyEVOLUTION LLC to “Change the Mind, Master the Body, and Become the Evolution”.
